Opening Ceremony
The first Sino-Portuguese International Conference on Traditional Chinese Medicine, co-sponsored by Southwest Medical University, Minho University and Coimbra University, was successfully held at Minho University in Braga, Portugal on June 17-21, 2019. The conference was supported by the Chinese Embassy in Portugal, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Portuguese Science and Technology Foundation and the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Some experts and scholars from mainland China, Macao, Portugal, Brazil, Germany and other countries and regions attended the conference. The theme of this conference is Chinese medicine in the new era.
